Step 1 - Your registration information

Please fill out all of the information below. All information that we collect is for the purpose of registering AutoDutyPRO, and will not be shared with any other parties.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required, and for each field, we have included examples of both correct and incorrect entries.

Please note: If you are an administrator/IMO/S-6 or other IT person who is installing and registering for an end-user, please fill out the information below using the end-user's information; i.e., their name, their email, their phone.

I M P O R T A N T !

Please note that for security purposes we keep track of each attempt to register. This includes the information entered below as well as the IP address of the computer used to register.

Your computer's IP address is 216.73.216.214

Unit* - the name of the unit using AutoDutyPRO, even if the unit did not purchase it

Correct: B Co, 123d INF BN -or- 765th AR Bn, HHB
Incorrect: US ARMY -or- A Battery -or- Infantry -or- USAMEDDAC

Post* - select the correct post:

if the software was purchased with personal funds (vs unit funds), select 'N/A'
if the POC is stationed at an APO,AP addresses, choose PACIFIC
if the POC is stationed at an APO,AE addresses, choose EUROPE
all others, choose the current duty station; if POC duty station is not listed, choose 'N/A'

Correct: PACIFIC (APO,AP addresses) -or- EUROPE (APO,AE addresses) -or- post in list

POC* - rank and full name of the end-user

Correct: 1SG John Smith -or- 1LT Smith, John -or- CIV John Smith (for civilians)
Incorrect: John -or- 1SG Smith

POC Phone* - what is the best COMMERCIAL number(s), including area code, to reach the POC?

Correct: 206-123-4958 -or- 011-82-34-8487 -or- 503-453-5968/5984
Incorrect: any DSN number -or- 456-3245 -or- 5968/5984

POC eMail* - any valid military or non-military address for the POC

Correct: smith.john@post.army.mil -or- smitty@yahoo.com -or- smithj@us.army.mil
Incorrect: SGT John Smith@post.army.mil -or- john@stewart -or- smithj

POC Duty* - what duty assignment does the POC hold?

Correct: 1SG -or- Training NCO -or- System Admin -or- S-1
Incorrect: MOS codes

Serial #* - AutodutyPRO serial number; look on the registration screen, or on the About... box (click Help, About)
In the form: 4XXXX-XXXX

Incorrect: any text other than the actual program serial number

Code Entry #* - displayed on the registration screen

Correct: 123456789 (usually a string of nine digits)
Incorrect: any text less than 9 digits

Computer ID* - displayed on the registration screen

Correct: 12345678 -or- J12345678-M0-B1234567
Incorrect: 1-M495857-B1 -or- 1 -or- 1-M0-B1 -or- K12345678
